Privacy Policy
How DRTSWebWorks collects, uses and protects your personal information, and the rights you have over it.
Effective date:
This policy explains what personal information DRTSWebWorks collects when you visit drtswebworks.com or contact us, why we collect it and what your rights are. DRTSWebWorks is responsible for this information. You can reach us at any time at contacts@drtswebworks.com.
1. Information you give us
When you send a contact form, a quote request or the project planner, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company, website address, the answers you choose and your message. With the form we also save technical details that help us handle it and keep spam out: your IP address, browser type, the page you sent it from and how you found our website (for example a Google search or an ad).
If you order a product or service from us, we also keep the details needed to deliver it and to invoice you.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver what you ordered.
- To send you the confirmation email for your enquiry.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the website and our advertising.
- To keep the website secure and stop spam.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do this because you asked us to (your enquiry or order), because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business, or because the law requires it. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails, and we never sell your information.
3. Website statistics
We count visits with our own statistics tool, without cookies. It records the pages viewed, the type of device and browser, and how the visit started (for example a search engine, a link or an ad). Visitors are not identified: the daily visitor code is a one-way hash that cannot be turned back into an IP address.
4. Meta Pixel and cookies
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform: which pages are visited after an ad and when an enquiry is sent. The Meta Pixel places cookies (such as _fbp) in your browser and sends this information to Meta. Meta may link it to your Facebook or Instagram account and process it under its own privacy policy, including outside the European Economic Area.
On your first visit we ask for your consent. If you accept, the Meta Pixel runs on every page. If you decline, or have not chosen yet, it is not loaded while you browse. It is loaded only when you send an enquiry through one of our forms, to report that single conversion to Meta. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in knowing which ads bring enquiries and checking that we are billed correctly for them. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Apart from the Meta Pixel, the website stores a few small things in your browser, without cookies: your language choice, your cookie choice, and the answers in the project planner until you send it or close the tab. You can block or delete cookies and stored data in your browser settings at any time, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
5. Who else handles your information
- Our hosting and email provider (Hostinger), which stores the website, its database and our email.
- Meta, for the Meta Pixel described above, and WhatsApp if you choose to message us there.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and any project that follows, and invoices for as long as accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, to object to its use and to receive a copy of it. To do so, email us at contacts@drtswebworks.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Bulgaria the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg), in the UK the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
8. Links to other websites
Our website links to other websites, such as projects in our portfolio. Their own privacy policies apply there.
9. Changes to this policy
When the way we handle information changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
